Real estate transactions can be complex and potentially intimidating for a new home buyer. We understand these pressures and take the time to explain the process to our new clients. 

From a starter condominium to a multi-million dollar estate, we can assist with a variety of different transactions, including both residential purchases and commercial leasing. 

To make the process clearer and less stressful, especially regarding costs (land transfer tax, legal fees, and other potential expenses), we have developed a step-by-step guide. This package is provided to clients who have retained us for their purchases. When representing a seller, our goal is to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly. If any issues arise, we address them quickly and appropriately, minimizing disruption to our clients. We have created flat-rate packages for residential purchases and sales to aid clients with budgeting and ensure transparency. 

Occasionally, there may be complexities with a transaction that require additional disbursements or fees. We always discuss these with our clients before any work is undertaken.
