Our account details will never change during a transaction, and if you receive instructions that direct you to send funds to another account—particularly an account with a different account holder, like a numbered company—this is an instruction that did not come from us. If there are any changes, we will notify you directly either over the phone or by video. To protect yourself, especially when dealing with small business advice, you can confirm our account details with us prior to transferring funds. We will not be held responsible if you transfer money to any other account.
